Hi ,
Just follow the wiki, the .m3u file just has to contain the game ID:

1) Install the game in the emulator so that it appears in the psvita menu of the emulator.
2) in retrobat\roms\psvita create a .txt file containing ONLY the title ID
3) Rename the .txt file to .m3u
4) Run the game from Retrobat

The second method will also run the game directly  provided the proper title ID is put between brackets.

Basically: both methods described in the wiki will run games directly by sending the command line vita3k -r <titleID>

We would not have added this emulator if running titles directly was not possible !
