Handheld controller mode in Yuzu/Suyu

Hi,
In order to play Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu, I need to set the controller to Handheld. The setting seems to be properly set in Yuzu, but the controller input seems not. I need to go to Yuzu config interface and manually select Dualshock from the listbox and apply.
Any idea?
Using Retrobat 6.1 on Windows 10 with Dualshock 4 controllers. Using Suyu latest version (0.0.3).
