setup arcade stick (3H Dual Arcade in Pandora box) in Retrobat

I have a pandora box arcade stick and i would like to configure it to play "arcade" games, but the arcade stick has one USB port, and both P1 and P2 recognized with the same name "3H Dual Arcade", when If i disabled P2 controller in Device Manager, then P1 would work fine, but when if i enabled P2, then the button are messed up, I think it is due to Retrobat is confused because P1 and P2 have the same name.
I have googled the issue, i cannot rename the controller to P1 or P2, there is a solution for Retropie user to add a line to the command line file, is there are such thing for Retrobat? or anyone else tried to use a dual controller?
